Course Description
The 8-Week Therapeutic Walk-A-Thon Program is a guided, structured wellness experience designed to help participants enhance their mental, emotional, and physical well-being through movement, reflection, and community connection. Each weekly walk introduces a therapy-informed theme that supports self-awareness, stress reduction, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
